This morning, I found myself moved by Tasha Layton’s song, Look What You’ve Done. It made me pause and think about the healing God has brought me through—and continues to bring me through. There’s a powerful message in those lyrics, reminding us to look at the journey we’ve traveled, to recognize how God has lifted us up despite every hardship. Look what He has done, even when life tried to clip our wings. Maybe today, you’re feeling like your wings need healing.

There are seasons when our wings don’t feel ready to fly, weighed down by insecurities, doubts, or disappointments. Sometimes, these emotions stem from the unfulfilled expectations we carried. Last week, I personally faced this when I had a business opportunity that I thought would bring in $52,000, only for it to fall through at the last moment. The candidate suddenly wanted more than we were prepared to offer, and the deal slipped away. In the past, something like this might have thrown me off balance. But after learning and growing through my journey, I now see it as part of a greater picture. I trust that another opportunity will come, and I refuse to let disappointment ground me.

But I know how easy it is to let these setbacks—these clipped wings—keep us from even trying. It’s like we’re afraid to launch. Yet God speaks to us in these moments of doubt, saying, “Do not fear; I will go before you.” His words are a reminder that we don’t walk this path alone, and we don’t have to face our insecurities alone either. When we choose to trust Him, we find the courage to heal and rise again.

Today, on what I’m calling “Healing Wednesday,” I want to invite you to reflect on the state of your wings. Are they clipped? Injured? What is holding you back from taking flight? Sometimes, all it takes is a supportive community—a space to pray together, to share, to lift each other up. That’s why I look forward to Monday nights when I meet with a group of amazing women. We gather to support one another, hold each other accountable, and keep moving forward. Right now, we’re focusing on the Law of Consistency, which reminds us that while motivation can start us off, it’s discipline that keeps us going. It’s this consistency, this commitment to keep growing, that truly helps us heal.

So if you’re wondering how to begin healing your wings, consider joining us. The encouragement from others can make all the difference. Let’s build each other up, help each other find that discipline, and truly heal our wings.

If you’re ready to explore what healing and growth look like for you, let’s set up a personalized consultation. Whether you join our community or just want to talk one-on-one, I’m here for you. Let’s talk about where you are and how we can work together to help you soar again.

Reach out, and let’s begin this journey together. Let’s aspire, grow, and get those wings back in flight!
