I can’t keep this to myself—I’m so excited about the relational press I’m walking through right now. It’s the third component of our Success Framework, and honestly, it’s hitting differently.

Let me backtrack for a second.

We started this year with a three-year fast—declaring, with intention and boldness, that our number one priority was to press into His presence. No distractions. No shortcuts. Just a raw, honest, hungry pursuit of intimacy with God.

From there, we moved into mental transformation. And let’s be real—that work never stops. Because when you’re serious about changing your life, you have to keep changing your mind. Upgrading your thoughts. Shifting your perspective. Dismantling the lies. Replacing them with truth. Transformation is a lifelong pursuit.

And now… now we’re stepping into the deep, beautiful, sometimes uncomfortable waters of relational health.

Here’s the thing: pressing into His presence gave me clarity for how I needed to approach my mental transformation. And that clarity is now guiding me as I learn to think differently about relationships. It’s all connected. Each layer feeds the next.

And the deeper I go, the more I realize—the most foundational relationship you’ll ever have is the one you have with yourself.

So let me ask you:
How is your relationship with you?

Have you been showing up for yourself lately?
Keeping your promises to you?
Setting boundaries and protecting your peace?
Saying “no” when your spirit says no—and doing it without apology or explanation?

Are you celebrating your little wins, not just the big ones?
Have you been practicing self-care—not just bubble baths and facials (though, yes, get your nails done if that’s your vibe this week like I did!)—but also the hard self-care? The kind where you have the uncomfortable conversation because resentment is clogging up your heart and spirit?

That’s self-care too.

Because whether we talk about it or not, so many illnesses in our bodies are rooted in emotional neglect. Resentment left unspoken can fester into physical dis-ease—cancer, heart conditions, high blood pressure… it starts in here before it shows up out there.

Intentional self-relationship is a must.

And can I be honest with you? When I think about the greatest teacher we’ve ever known—Jesus—I see Him modeling this in the most profound way.

Like that moment on the boat during the storm.

Waves crashing. Wind howling. The disciples panicking. And Jesus?

He was asleep.

That wrecks me. It truly does. Because I can’t even sleep on a public bus, let alone in the middle of a storm, on a rocking boat, surrounded by people freaking out.

But He was calm. Centered. Rested. Practicing self-care. Trusting.
Why? Because He knew who He was. He was in relationship with Himself. And that showed up in how He responded to chaos.

Friend, we have so much to learn from Him.

That’s why here at Eve Speaks, everything we do is rooted in that mission to Heal. Aspire. Grow. Not in isolation. Not in hustle culture. But in the rhythm of grace, at the feet of Jesus.

And you don’t have to do this alone.
